Shipping and Handling:

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
However, if you have special requirements, we will do our
best to accomodate you.

We offer the following shipping methods:

FedEx Priority Overnight

Ship Your Reptiles (UPS overnight)

** We are currently charging $50.00 for shipping and we
guarantee 100% live arrival provided the package is received
on the first attempted delivery. We supply heat packs or cool
packs at no charge whenever necessary to minimize the
stress on the animal caused by the shipment. We also
reserve the right to withhold shipment in the event of
adverse weather conditions. We also ensure that we make
direct contact with our customers to ensure that they will be
available to sign for the shipment when it is delivered. **

Returns and Payment:

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not
completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear
about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do
what we can to make it right.

We currently accept payments through Paypal, Personal
Check, and Money Order for online transactions. We reserve
the right to wait until payments made by Personal Check
and Money Order clear before shipping.

At Reptile Shows and Expos where we are vendors, we will
only be accepting cash payments.
